Shout out to property manager Danielle Griffin of Blue Spruce apartments for going above and beyond! I was facing a unique ... situation and Danielle was fantastic to work with. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. Danielle took the time to listen and understand, explain different options, and offered several available resources. Great first experience living alone

The apartment itself is super cute and spacious and I love how affordable it is!! I also like that laundry is on site. I ... do wish there were more machines so more people could do laundry at the same time but that's really my only complaint. The people in the leasing office and maintenance are super friendly and have been incredibly helpful!! So far, it's been a great first experience living/renting by myself! Blue Spruce

I moved in June of 2015 and I must say I have been impressed since. My fridge wasn't working properly an I called the office. ... The next day the maintaince man was there and it was fixed. The next week the fridge wasn't working again and the maintainance man came and fixed it again but this time he suggested the fridge was too small for my apartment and within 2 days I had a brand new fridge. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I love the location as it is central to everything in Lansing as well as East Lansing. Hardly any noise and the grounds have been clean and well maintained since I moved in. I have read some of the other reviews but they are old and out dated. I would recommend Blue Spruce to anyone looking for a nice 2 bedroom apartment. Read More about Blue Spruce
